How do I make changes to my online order?
Please create a login account by clicking on the top right and sign in with the same email address that you made the reservation under. Once logged in, please select Book Online on the menu at the top right and select My Bookings.
How do I know my event items are reserved and accurate?
A confirmation email is sent after your booking. Please check your spam if you have not received. You can also log in to your account at the type of the home page with the same email address you used to book your rentals. Once logged in, you can add or change your order.
Why can't I add any more tables and chairs?
Booking online has a set limitation of how many tables and chairs can be ordered. If you find that you are limited by the amount that you need, this means that your event is larger than the average event and requires personalized care. Please call us to discuss, we probably have the availability for you!
How do I rent a tent on Book Online?
Tents typically require personalized care. Please call at 916-347-0383 or submit a request form (https://www.thegreeneventrentals.com/contact)to get tent pricing.
Why can't I see my event city?
The event cities located in the Book Online are our service areas. If you do not see your event city, you are outside our typical service area. Please call at 916-347-0383 or submit a request form (https://www.thegreeneventrentals.com/contact)and we can provide a personalized estimate.
Do I have to pay now?
You do not need to pay now. You can select cash method to pay in person. Payment is due at the time of delivery.
