My guest count changed, can I change my order?
We understand guest count changes and allow changes to quantities of event items up to the day before delivery. Event items are limited by the amount of availability. Our recommendation is to plan for more and come back to decrease if needed.
Which party tent size do you have?
We have pop-up tents 10x10 and 10x20. Our heavy-duty party tents come in various sizes, 10x20, 10x30, 20x20, 16x32, 20x40.
How sturdy are your chairs?
The event chair can support up to 650lbs of static weight.
What size tent do I need?
Please follow these guidelines to get an idea of the sizing of the tent needed:
25 guests - 10x20 or 10x30
50 guests - 20x20 or 16x32
100 guests - 20x40
How do I reserve the rental equipment if there are no deposits required?
No deposits required to reserve the rental items. An event address secures your reservation, and a confirmation text is sent if booked over the phone. If booked online, a confirmation email is sent, and a follow up phone call is made to ensure the accuracy of the order.
When do I pay? And how do you accept payment?
Payment is made in full at the time of delivery. Payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card. Credit Cards do have a 3% surcharge on the total.
