We deliver the items to one location whether in the house, in the backyard or to the garage. Once all items are delivered to one location of the customer's choice, we provide a quick demonstration of the set up and tear down of each item.

Set up and tear down are responsibility of the customer. We do deliver the items to one location of customer choice. If you need set up and tear down service, there will be a labor charge associated. We do demonstrate how to set up and tear down each different type of equipment rental. The exception is the assembly and disassembly of heavy-duty party tents. The heavy-duty party tents are assembled and disassembled by our team.

Our delivery drivers are either in a pickup truck or SUV. We do ask for space to park (typically in the driveway) to get the items as close as possible to the place that you need them. Once parked, we do need a clear path to get the items where you need them. A hand truck is used to move the equipment from our delivery trucks to the place you need them.
